In a show of people-centered leadership and compassion, the Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, has approved the immediate employment of Mrs. Victoria Iyanda, a resident of the Onigbongbo community.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Fashina Olaoluwa, the Chairman said he met with the Iyanda family earlier today and learned of their situation—particularly the burden Mrs. Iyanda has carried in sustaining herself, her young child, and her visually impaired husband through hard work and meager income.
Deeply moved by her resilience and determination, Hon. Adebanjo promptly approved her employment, effective next month.
The statement added that the gesture reflects the Chairman’s unwavering commitment to supporting vulnerable families, empowering women, and ensuring that no hardworking resident of Onigbongbo is left behind.
